Description

Albert Foy is a wealthy dwarven adventurer and archeologist, based out of Skalenvru.

Appearance

Albert is middle aged dwarven man, with a balding head, who still dresses practically, ready for the dangers that an adventurer's life entails.

Personality

Loud and curious Albert still hungers for new discoveries and adventures, despite being in the later part of his life. When back in civilization, he enjoys drinking and finding various ways to satisfy his curiosity. He is more than happy to fund other's expeditions if he believes them to be more capable and will willingly part with items that he believe others can find better use for, as long as they share any discoveries with him. Despite this, he can be a shrewd negotiator, such as when he swindled over 20 thousand gold pieces from Cassini for an item he had told him he would give away for free.

Biography

Current

The group first met Albert in Skalenvru, through Cassini's connection with Ozrin. When they discovered that he was the man selling the telescope, they wished to buy it from his directly, but were told it was too late, as it had already been handed over to Penance and Co in advance of the auction. He and Cassini shared all they knew about the telescopes and the deities linked to them. Albert even brought out the notes where he had taken charcoal rubbings of the carvings covering the temple walls, in the room where his part of the telescope was found.

Following the events of the auction, the telescope was returned to Albert's possession and was purchased by a Cassini for 20 thousand gold pieces.
